Upon arrival you will not owe the total service fee only the remaining balance owed after the deposit. MOBILE APPOINTMENTS: Mobile appointments are available on Sunday ONLY! Mobile appointments are available at an additional fee. The fee IS NOT automatically added. You must add on the mobile appointment fee along with your service. All mobile appointment request without the added fee will be declined. IN HOME CLIENTS ONLY: Please arrive to your appointment alone as I cannot accommodate any plus 1's. If you would like an appointment at my home based business located on Fort Carson the address will be sent via text message on the day of your appointment 1 hour prior to arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY Please do not contact me directly to make cancellations for you! Cancellations and rescheduling can be done via your appointment reminder email or text. All cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before your appointment time. I CANNOT MAKE CANCELLATIONS FOR YOU! Cancellations must be made via your appointment reminder email or text. All last minute cancellations will be charged 100% of your service fee. If you contact me to cancel for you & do not do so yourself via your appointment reminder email or text you will be charged a NO CALL/NO SHOW fee (in the case that you do not show up & do not cancel yourself)! After your third last minute cancellation you will be banned from booking! LAST MINUTE RESCHEDULES- All reschedules must be made no later than 24 hours before your appointment time. You can make all reschedules via your appointment reminder email or text. A last minute reschedule is just the same as a last minute cancellation and will be assessed a NO CALL/NO SHOW fee. I understand life may happen and some circumstances are out of your hand so open communication is appreciated in these situations. Extreme circumstances will be accommodated at the owners discretion. After your third last minute reschedule you will be banned from booking! NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY- If you NO CALL/NO SHOW you will be charged 100% of the missed service before being able to book your next appointment. After your second NO CALL/NO SHOW you will be banned from booking future appointments. TO AVOID ANY FEES PLEASE CANCEL & RESCHEDULE ALL APPOINTMENTS IN A TIMELY MANNER! LATE POLICY- PLEASE call (719) 401-7744 if you are running behind to your appointment. I understand life happens and open communication is appreciated. If you are 10 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule (this may result in a fee of 100% of your service).
