Cancellation Policy

ALL DEPOSITS are NON-REFUNDABLE so please be sure to thoroughly read through all policies before securing your appointment. Deposits are applied to your service balance. Upon arrival you will not owe the total service fee only the remaining balance owed after the deposit. Deposits are waived for consistent clients ONLY! If you book an appointment with intentions of cancelling at a later date your card will be charged the deposit. MOBILE APPOINTMENTS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE! ALL APPOINTMENTS WILL BE LOCATED AT MY HOME BASED BUSINESS ON THE MILITARY INSTALLATION FORT CARSON IN KIOWA VILLAGE! If you do not have a military ID to gain access to Fort Carson you will need to go to the visitor center located at 6012 Nelson Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80902 between the hours of 0500-1400 to get a pass. You will need a valid drivers license, proof of insurance, up to date registration, and no criminal history. If you are being dropped off/driven to your appointment all occupants of the vehicle will need a pass to gain access to Fort Carson. If you cannot go to the visitor center during business hours a visitor pass can also be accessed through pass.aie.army.mil. If you aren’t able to obtain a pass either of those ways you can secure a pass by using the far right lane at Gate 3 located at 150 Chile Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80913. If you have not gained preauthorization via the online link please be sure to arrive at the visitor center or Gate 3 30-45 minutes before your appointment time as lines for a visitors pass can be lengthy. If you arrive to the gate or visitor not within the time described above and you miss your appointment and the 10 minute grace period, IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU TEXT ME THE CURRENT CONDITION OF THE PASS LINE, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the NO CALL/NO SHOW fee and another appointment will need to be made. PLEASE ARRIVE TO THE VISITOR CENTER 30-45 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT START TIME! Please arrive to your appointment alone as I cannot accommodate any plus 1's. IF YOU ARRIVE WITH ANY ADDITIONAL GUESTS WITHOUT MY PRIOR AUTHORIZATION YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR ANOTHER DAY & CHARGED A NO CALL/NO SHOW FEE! Please include a cell phone number with all bookings. THE ADDRESS WILL BE SENT OUT 8AM THE MORNING OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, NOT BEFORE THAT! CANCELLATION POLICY Please do not contact me directly to make cancellations for you! Cancellations and rescheduling can be done via your appointment reminder email or text. All cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before your appointment time. If you are within the 24 hour window you will be prompted to contact me. However, you still will be charged the NO CALL/NO SHOW fee as last minute cancellations are still considered NO CALL/NO SHOW regardless of communication. Cancellations before 24 hours prior to your appointment must be made via your appointment reminder email or text. After your third last minute cancellation you will be banned from booking! FEE WAIVERS BASED ON CIRCUMSTANCES ARE AT THE OWNERS DISCRETION! LAST MINUTE RESCHEDULES All reschedules must be made no later than 24 hours before your appointment time. You can make all reschedules via your appointment reminder email or text. A last minute reschedule is just the same as a last minute cancellation and will be assessed a NO CALL/NO SHOW fee. I understand life may happen and some circumstances are out of your hands so open communication is appreciated in these situations. Extreme circumstances will be accommodated at the owners discretion. After your third last minute reschedule you will be banned from booking! NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY If you NO CALL/NO SHOW you will be charged 100% of the missed service before being able to book your next appointment. After your second NO CALL/NO SHOW you will be banned from booking future appointments. LATE POLICY PLEASE call (915) 244-4131 if you are running behind to your appointment. I understand life happens and open communication is appreciated. If you are 10 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule (this may result in a fee of 100% of your service). In the case that you cannot reschedule via your appointment reminder email or text you will be charged a NO CALL/NO SHOW fee and a new appointment will need to be booked. If you are late more than 2 times you will be banned from booking future appointments. IF YOUR CARD ON FILE IS UNABLE TO BE CHARGED FOR COLLECTION OF A FEE YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM FUTURE BOOKING. TO AVOID ANY FEES PLEASE CANCEL & RESCHEDULE ALL APPOINTMENTS IN A TIMELY MANNER!
